The Sydney-born socialite recently celebrated her 28th birthday with a Barbie-themed party.
The birthday celebrations took place last month at Potts Point in Sydney and Francesca dressed to impress in a head-to-toe Barbie doll outfit.
In the evening, the hostess donned a hot pink bodysuit with a matching full tulle skirt filled with embellished sparkles.
