A Briton has been found dead with a Swede in a tourist apartment in Portugal.
Local reports said the people were in their 40s and 50s and both lived in London. Their bodies were found in a tourist apartment in the city of Porto, in the north of the country.
The couple reportedly arrived at the property a few days ago. The alarm was triggered shortly after 1 p.m. today.
Portuguese PJ police officers are investigating. They have yet to make an official comment.
Unconfirmed local reports said investigators believed the deaths could be drug-related and there were no obvious signs of violence or weapons found. Autopsies are to take place over the weekend.
Neither of the two people found dead has been named.
