Candice Swanepoel has let it be known that she supports Brazil in the country’s efforts to recapture past glory and win their sixth World Cup trophy.

Earlier on Thursday, the South African model took to her Instagram Stories and shared a photo of herself excitedly raising the Brazilian flag above her head while wearing the team colors.

And the mother-of-two had plenty to celebrate following the Brazilian side’s 2-0 victory over Serbia to start their World Cup campaign in Lusail, Qatar.

With the photo, Swanepoel is sure to grab the attention of many of his 18.6 million Instagram fans and followers as he wears a short yellow and green Brazil team shirt.

Raising her arms in the air, presumably after beating Serbia, she exposed her entire stomach.

The catwalk queen completed her game day outfit by slipping into blue jeans and having her blonde log tresses straight and flowing down her chest and down to the middle of her back with a center part.

Apparently, the beauty was so excited that she stuck her tongue out while screaming out loud.

Fan of the Brazil team: Although Swanepoel is not originally from Brazil, she has pledged allegiance to the country's soccer team to support her many Brazilian friends and fellow models, including Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima.

Famous Tottenham striker Richarlison scored both of Brazil’s goals, including an overhead kick that landed in the back of the net, in a game that saw the team’s feared Neymar injured his right ankle, according to ESPN.

Brazil will now have to wait between 24 and 48 hours to find out if Neymar will play again in this year’s tournament, team doctors have reported.

Although Swanepoel is not originally from Brazil, a number of her friends and fellow Victoria’s Secret angels call the country home, including Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima.

Brazil’s five World Cup victories over the years have come in 1958, 1962, 1970, 1994 and, most recently, 2002.

The FIFA World Cup was first held in 1930, when FIFA, the governing body of world football, decided to organize an international men’s football tournament under the era of FIFA President, Jules Rimet, who put this idea in place.
