Conor McGregor hit by car while riding bike: MMA fighter says vehicle went ‘full speed through me – thank god it wasn’t my time’

Conor McGregor was hit by a car while riding his bicycle.
The MMA fighter posted a video of the immediate aftermath on his Instagram page.
Filming after the crash, the Irish mixed martial arts champion said he ‘could have been dead’ as an incredibly sorry man tells McGregor how sorry he is.

The MMA champ wrote on his Instagram page, “I just got hit by a car from behind. Suntrap, driver couldn’t see me.
“Full speed straight through me. Thank God it wasn’t my time.
‘Thank you wrestling and judo too. Having an awareness on landing saved my life.
In the video that was posted to his Instagram page, a breathless McGregor captures the aftermath of the crash.
The man who appeared to be in the car can be heard apologizing to McGregor.
McGregor then says, ‘It’s okay, it’s okay. Do not worry.
He adds: “I could have been dead”, but he tells the man “everything is fine”.
“I’m totally sorry – seriously,” the other man said.
