British PT Vikki Hill (pictured) has revealed that to sculpt your butt in sportswear, all you have to do is grab the loose fabric at the front of your leggings and pull it up.
‘Hello glutes. How to sculpt in girly leggings (and don’t skip leg day),’ Vikki posted on TikTok.
The reason the trick works is because it gives you some frame for your glutes.
By strategically positioning the fabric, you get firm buttocks.

Thousands of people have been impressed with this simple trick, writing comments such as “I really appreciate this” and “It looks amazing”.
But not everyone was on board.
“But what about all that fabric sitting around the front?” asked a commentator.
Vikki replied, “Surprisingly, shooting him in the back helps reduce that a lot!” I really recommend’.
Others worried that the small fit of the clothes would be uncomfortable around the buttocks.

Vikki (pictured) explained that before and after a workout she likes to make sure she is getting protein and carbs for different reasons
Vikki has racked up a huge following on social media for fitness tips and tricks.
Previously, she revealed what she eats in a day to hit her protein goals, including high-protein yogurt, scrambled eggs and avocado on toast, smoked salmon, rice and edamame beans and a chicken burger with corn on the cob.
“Before a workout, I always eat carbs to fuel that workout, which gives me the initial energy to perform reps well and at a good weight,” Vikki said.
“After your workout, carbs will allow you to replenish depleted glycogen stores in the muscles.”
The PT also always has protein before a workout to ensure his muscles are primed and “ready for action”.
“After a workout, protein is good because it will help your trained muscles grow and repair,” Vikki said.
“Try to consume protein within 30-60 minutes of your workout for an extra growth aid.”
