11 January, Surkhet. The CPN Maoist Center has finalized the names of its two ministers who will participate in the Karnali state government.
The Maoists, who are also leading the state government, have made Krishna Bahadur Ji from Surkhet and Bhimprakash Sharma from Salyan as ministers.
Earlier, Mangal Bahadur Shahi of Mugu has become a non-departmental minister from the Maoists.
An MP from the Maoist Center informed that it has been decided to make Jisi the Minister of Internal Affairs and Law, Sharma the Minister of Physical Infrastructure, Energy and Water Resources and Shahi the Minister of Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives.
Rajkumar Sharma, who was appointed Chief Minister on 27 December, appointed Shahi of Maoist Center and Binod Kumar Shah of UML as non-departmental ministers on 28 December.
Chief Minister Sharma has prepared to expand the Cabinet today. The new ministers will be sworn in today. CPN-UML has also made final preparations to finalize the minister. The leaders are engaged in discussions.
