After a stint in rehab, Arg replaced his cocaine addiction with binge eating, leading doctors to warn him that he was on the verge of death at 27stone.
He has already had gastric sleeve surgery which contributed to his whopping 14 stone weight loss.

He said: “I lost a total of 14 stones. I think I lost a little too much weight. I used to want to be skinny, but now I’ve put a stone back, I’m a healthy, balanced weight.
The reality TV star now swears by a strict diet of chicken, fish and vegetable salad which he supplements with multivitamins, while limiting his fluid intake to green tea and water.

James previously revealed he was shocked when he was placed in an eating disorder unit during his first trip to rehab in 2014 after going for treatment for his drug addiction.
Speaking to MailOnline, the TV personality, who is now happily sober, revealed that staff at a rehabilitation center were the first to identify his problems with food and tried to teach him coping strategies. adaptation such as mindful eating.
