Kim Kardashian is granted a restraining order against a man who she says showed up at her house and sent her a diamond ring
Kim Kardashian was granted a temporary restraining order on Tuesday which she said showed up at her home on several occasions, called her his wife and sent her a diamond ring, among other unwanted gestures.
The reality star, 42 – who has faced numerous stalkers in the justice system over the years – said in court documents reviewed by TMZ that the man, whose name is Jomonie Victor Zigler, started contacting her last month.
Kardashian told the court, through her attorney Shawn Holley, that security arrested Zigler, 28, when he visited her home numerous times, and he posted profane messages about her online while calling her his wife.

Kardashian said Zigler also sent items to his residence, such as the ring and hotel room keys, and that he had a criminal history involving weapons and made threats.
The mother-of-four told the court she was in emotional distress amid the piling up of unwanted advances from Zigler. A hearing is scheduled for next month in the case.
Last month, Kardashian received a five-year restraining order against a man named Andre Persaud, who said he was able to “telepathically” connect with the reality star, TMZ reported.
Kardashian told the court that Persaud, whom she had never met, showed up at her home three times in August 2022 and was afraid the situation could escalate into violence.

A Los Angeles judge ordered Persaud to contact Kardashian, come within 100 yards of her, possess or possess firearms, and turn over any he had to authorities.
Kardashian isn’t the only member of her family to deal with the downside of fame, as a number of her loved ones have also sought help through the legal system to deal with people they believe are interfere in their private lives.
Among them, her sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, as well as her mother Kris Jenner. Khloe Kardashian also opened up about unwanted attention in a 2017 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, when she and Kendall visited a shooting range for shooting practice but ultimately didn’t buy any guns.
“It’s something we think we need to do to get better sleep at night,” she said.
