Lauren Goodger paid tribute to her late daughter Lorena on Mother’s Day.
The 36-year-old former TOWIE star gave birth to her second child in July 2022, but her umbilical cord wrapped around her neck and she tragically lost her life.
Doting mum Lauren, who also shares Larose, 20 months, with ex-boyfriend Charles Drury, 25, posted a touching message on Instagram.
The photo saw Lorena’s face blurred as she lay in a cot, while Larose’s could be seen on a phone screen next to her.
Lauren wrote in her caption, “Thank you for giving me the best gift and all I ever wanted was to be your ‘mom’. I love you both to the moon and back and this morning touched me so deeply that I wish you were with us my beautiful Lorena.
“Happy Mother’s Day everyone, just hugs is all you need today #mygirls #happymothersday #love #cuddlesandkisses.”

It follows that Lauren was ‘begged’ by her friends not to ‘get back together with Charles after he allegedly spent the night at her house last month’.
The reality star has had a rocky relationship with her builder ex-boyfriend, 25, and has been on and off since Lorena’s tragic death.
Back in February, Lauren and Charles seemed to get on well as they took their little Larose to Woburn Safari Park, taking turns to have their picture taken.
But now Lauren’s pals are reportedly concerned that the two are getting back together after sleeping over at her house this week.
Lauren was allegedly assaulted on the day of the funeral. Charles – who denied attacking Lauren – was later arrested and released on bail.
A source revealed to The Sun: “Lauren’s friends begged her not to get back together with her ex Charles Drury after hearing that Charles spent the night at her house this week.
“A few of them have contacted her and told her to stay away from him as they feel like he is bad news and will only bring more heartbreak to her.”
“Lauren insisted he just slept in the guest room and they were working on co-parenting Larose, but those closest to him know she and Charles are getting closer. They think it’s only a matter of time before they get back together.

A rep for Lauren told MailOnline: ‘Lauren is focused on being a mother to her daughter – it puts co-parenting at the top of her priorities.’
When the couple arrived at Woburn Safari Park on Monday they were seen cuddling and playing with their baby girl as they exited the back of a safari vehicle as they made the most of the sites of the park.
It comes after Lauren revealed she lost three stones following Lorena’s tragic death.
The heartbreaking grief Lauren experienced after Lorena’s death kept her from eating, but she put a stone down as her sanity improved.
Speaking to OK!, she said: “I lost almost three stone after losing Lorena to stress. I have not eaten. I am now eating again and put a stone back because I am healthier.
“I stayed in and didn’t go out, and now I feel like I’m in a better place mentally. This year is all about focusing on myself and getting back on track.
The TV personality also said her baby girl Larose had been a “rock” to her and without her she couldn’t have survived Lorena’s death.
She said: ‘She’s the best. She makes me so proud every day. She is incredible. She is my rock.

‘After everything I’ve been through, Larose is definitely my inspiration. She inspires me and she got me through the toughest times. Without her, I wouldn’t survive.
Elsewhere, Lauren recently opened up about herself ‘hell’ 2022 after the loss of Lorena and her bitter breakup with Charles.
Speaking to MailOnline, Lauren showed courage as she arrived at the Inspiration Awards in January, where she said she was ‘ready to get back into the industry the right way’ after a series of difficult events.
When explaining why she wanted to come to the event, Lauren said, “It’s an amazing cause, I can’t wait to hear all the stories.”
“I feel like I’ve been through a lot and I feel like it was the right one for me. I was asked to do a lot of things, I’m coming back slowly.
“I took a break and now I’m ready to get back into the industry the right way.
“I’m very new to this, like I said, I’ve been through massive trauma, I’m not going to sugarcoat it but everyone knows that and I feel like one day I want to inspire people. ‘other women.’
