Suleman beamed with pride as she wore an appropriate winter outfit consisting of a brown turtleneck top and black pants with her raven hair worn in a braided ponytail.

The star – also known as Natalie Suleman – held a bunch of shiny silver-grey balloons above her head.

The Fullerton, Calif. native was seen posing with her eight children as they celebrated their 14th birthday before getting into a go-kart to race with her little ones on a track.

The children, all dressed casually for the fun afternoon, were holding little gold Mylar balloons that spelled BIRTHDAY in all caps.

The Los Angeles resident shot to fame in 2009 when she welcomed octuplets after already having six children at home.

In 2001, Suleman gave birth to her first child, a son. In 2002, she gave birth to her first daughter.

Suleman continued IVF treatments which resulted in three more pregnancies (including a set of fraternal twins) for a total of six children (four sons, two daughters).

After that, she had her octuplets.

She is raising all 14 children in a three-bedroom home in Orange Country, California.

Last year, on their 13th birthday, she had some kind words for the little ones.

“You are all becoming some of the kindest, humblest, most grateful and loving human beings I have ever known,” she added.

Having up to 14 children was unintentional, she has said in the past.

The reality TV star said she never intended to have so many and was “misled” by her doctor.

The single mother told The New York Times in December 2018 that her doctor had led her to believe she was only going to have twins. She ended up having eight children.

The star welcomed octuplets in 2009. She said Dr. Michael Kamrava, who has since lost his medical license and left the United States, is the reason she has so many children, she says.

“I was misled by my doctor,” Suleman claimed. She thought she would only have two children.

But Kamrava implanted 12 embryos. “He told me we lost six embryos, he said they were kicked out of me, and that’s why he wanted to implant six more,” Suleman said.

It was also claimed that she was already drugged and not completely off when it all fell apart.

Kamrava’s friend, Rabbi David Shofet, told The Times: “He told me he suggested to her not to keep them all, but she said no.”

And the star’s daughter, Amerah, has nothing but good things to say about her mother: “She’s been fighting for our family for 10 years now. No matter what, she’s never going to give up and I know that.

Her son Joshua told The Times that having so many siblings has its advantages. He said they love having so many siblings. “Some of my friends don’t have siblings, so they want to know how it is. It’s nice to have someone to play with, but it can be overwhelming at times.
