Grant and Sharlene surprised fans when they announced they tied the knot in a secret and intimate ceremony in Melbourne in December 2020.
In a gushing tribute to his wife, Grant said he couldn’t wait to be married any longer – even though the pandemic ensured the wedding was smaller than the couple had hoped.
He wrote at length: ‘I feel so lucky to call you my beautiful wife @sharhackett. With a year that has been filled with so much uncertainty, this has been such a perfect way to end 2020.
“With COVID-19 continuing to delay our nuptials and the ability to properly plan our wedding, with all of our friends and family in one place, both locally and overseas, Sharlene and I just wanted to say ‘yes’ !”
