Scientists suggest doing some exercise while working out. It is said that when you sit and work for a long time, your muscles cannot produce glucose and your blood sugar rises.
They suggest that such habits affect insulin and that one should be vigilant. Hitchham Scully, a professor at Howard Medical School, says that muscles cannot produce glucose when they sit in the same position for long periods of time.
