Trans pornstar Emma Rose has revealed she flushed her testicles down the toilet “like a goldfish” after being surgically castrated.
The 26-year-old American adult entertainer, who is also a rising star on social media, shared graphic details of her procedure on the Pillowtalk podcast earlier this month.
